Terms of Service

These are the general terms and conditions for B2B services of Praxis Legal. By using our software and services, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Praxis": Praxis Legal, with registered office in Belgium.
- "Customer": The company or professional subscribing to a subscription.
- "Software": The Praxis practice management software including desktop, mobile, and web applications.
- "Praxis Cloud": The optional cloud storage service for synchronization.
- "Services": All software and support services provided by Praxis.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all agreements between Praxis and the Customer regarding the use of the Software and Services. These terms are intended exclusively for B2B relationships in accordance with Belgian Commercial Code.
3. Subscriptions and Pricing
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Solo Professional: €19/month - 1 user, 1 TB cloud storage
- Team: €25/user/month - 2-5 users, 5 TB shared storage
- Team Plus: €25/user/month - 6-10 users, 10 TB shared storage
All prices exclude VAT (21%). Annual payment entitles you to 2 months free.
3.2 Billing
Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment automatically incurs interest in accordance with the Late Payment in Commercial Transactions Act.
4. License and Usage Rights
Praxis grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software during the subscription period. The Customer may not decompile, reverse-engineer, rent, or sublicense the Software.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
5.1 Availability
For Praxis Cloud service, Praxis targets 99.5% availability on an annual basis, measured excluding scheduled maintenance.
5.2 Support
- Solo Professional: Email support, 48 business hours response time
- Team/Team Plus: Priority support, 24 business hours response time
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Local Processing
The core of Praxis operates entirely locally. Client data is stored by default on the Customer's devices or their own cloud storage. Praxis has no access to this data.
6.2 Praxis Cloud
If the Customer opts for Praxis Cloud, data is stored encrypted in EU data centers. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. Liability
Praxis's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by the Customer over the last 12 months. Praxis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by the Customer or third parties.
8. Term and Termination
Subscriptions are entered into for the chosen period and are automatically renewed unless cancelled. Cancellation can occur at any time effective at the end of the current subscription period. Upon termination, the Customer can export their data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
